Pet policy

We must be notified of pets at least 48 hours before arrival. You cannot notify us upon arrival.

There is a two (2) pet limit.

Dogs only. Certain breeds not allowed by insurance.

There will be a $15 per night per pet charge.

A $200 security deposit (per cabin) is to be paid by money order at least 48 hours before arrival.Mail the money order to Wilderness Lake Chalets P O Box 337 Mt Nebo WV 26679. Cash upon arrival only on last minute reservations with prior notice. Deposit will be returned by check after cabin has been cleaned and inspected. NOT UPON CHECKOUT.

In order to provide all of our guests with a pleasant stay, we must ask you to do the following:

• Pets must be on a leash at all times when not in the cabin.
• Please control your pets barking, etc.
• Pets cannot be left unattended at any time for any reason inside or outside the cabin unless in a kennel.
• Please clean up after your pet and place it in a bag in the outside trash can.
• Failure to comply with these restrictions will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit and you could be asked to leave.
