Rental Agreement

It is our desire that all our guests have an enjoyable stay, therefore a few rules are necessary. Please read carefully, fill out and submit this rental contract as soon as possible. Our properties are not to accommodate any more than the number stated that each unit sleeps. This includes all visitors, guest, etc. on the property at any given time for any reason.  No party's or large gatherings allowed. Violators entire party will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Parking is limited please carpool if possible.

Notice to Guests: This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents nor injury to guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind. The Management

By renting a cabin or chalet from Wilderness Lake Chalets you agree to the following:

I agree to read and have all in my party comply with all Wilderness Lake Chalets rules as posted in the office, on the grounds, or in the cabin etc. including but not limited to the following: No smoking inside the cabins, if any evidence of smoking is found in the cabin there will be a $100 fee. If you or anyone in your party wants to bring a pet you must make arrangements before arrival or you will be asked to leave with no refund. No refunds unless your chalet is rebooked. There will be a 15% cancellation fee. You are responsible for any damages made by your party and authorize us to charge the credit card given at booking for any such damages. Concept Development Inc. dba Wilderness Lake Chalets will not be held liable for injuries, or responsible for lost or stolen items.
